Wall Ball Routines

Below are some suggested wall ball routines for players of all ages and abilities. We will be using these drills and routines at our wall ball practices. Find the routine that works best for you!

Wall Ball Routine #1

· Throw Dominant / Catch Dominant x25

· Throw Non-Dominant / Catch Non-Dominant x25

· Throw Dominant / Catch Non-Dominant x10

· Throw Non-Dominant / Catch Dominant x10

Repeat for 20 minutes. How many times can you make it through the routine?

Make it Harder / Easier – Move closer or further from the wall each time through the routine.

Wall Ball Routine #2

· Throw Dominant / Catch Non-Dominant x10

· Throw Non-Dominant / Catch Dominant x10

· Throw Dominant / Catch Non-Dominant x10

· Throw Non-Dominant / Catch Dominant x10

· Quick Sticks Dominant x10

· Quick Sticks Non-Dominant x10

· Throw Right catch cross-handed (throw the ball so it comes back on your left side, keep the stick in the right hand, but bring it cross-body) x10

· Throw Left catch cross-handed (throw the ball so it comes back on your right side, keep the stick in the left hand, but bring it cross-body) x10

· Quick Sticks Dominant x20

· Quick Sticks Non-Dominant x20

· Behind The Back Dominant x20

· Behind The Back Non-Dominant x20

· One Handed Dominant x20

· One Handed Non-Dominant x20
